Technology To Dos Prior to Leaving the District
As you prepare for leaving the district, you may want to save your files from Schoology, Google, and Microsoft 365. To do this, please click the links below for directions on how to save your files from your school accounts.
Inform Teachers to Copy Any Resource Collections You Have Shared With Them in Schoology
If you create any Resources or Collections that you have shared with other teachers, please inform them that they need to create a copy of these Resources and save them to their personal Resources so they do not lose access to these Resources. Saving Items from Your Schoology Portfolios

Google Takeout Process

*Please note, if you have files that you have shared with other educators, they will lose access to them once you leave the district. In order to maintain their access, educators whom you have shared files with will need to create copies of those files in order to maintain access to them.
Saving Files and Folders from Microsoft 365
Any files that you have in your school Microsoft 365 account (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) can be save by downloading files and folders from OneDrive.

Saving Files from Your Device
Please back up any files that you want to save from your laptop onto an external hard drive or a USB flash drive. This will need to be completed prior to turning in your device. Once the device has been turned in, it will be wiped clean and reimaged. No files can be recovered once this process is complete.
Downloading Files from Canva
Files can be exported from your Canva account. Please follow these directions:
1. Log into Canva and open the file you want to download.
2. Click 'Share' in the upper right-hand corner.
3. Click the arrow to the right of 'Download'.
4. Select the desired file download type. PDF Standard is a preferred file type.
5. Click 'Download'.
6. Locate you file in your 'Downloads' folder on your device.
