Download Files and Folders from Your SharePoint Account

Staff and students in Grades 5+ have a Microsoft 365 account. If you need to download files or folders from your SharePoint account, please follow these instructions:

1. Sign into your Microsoft 365 account: www.office.com.
2. Click on the App Launcher (waffle) icon.
3. Click on OneDrive from the menu.
4. Click on the SharePoint you want to download files and folders from.
5. Click on 'Documents' from the navigation menu.
6. When you hover over a file or folder in your SharePoint Documents, a circle will appear. Click into the circles of all files and folders you would like to download.
5. Click on 'Download' from the navigation bar.

Your files and folders will now download onto your device. If you selected multiple or large files, your files will be downloaded as a .zip file. You may want to consider saving your download files onto a USB flash drive once they finish downloading.

Please Note:

*You will not be able to files from multiple SharePoint sites at once. Instead, you will need to complete this process for each SharePoint you created.
