Download Files and Folders from Your SharePoint Account
1. Sign into your Microsoft 365 account: https://m365.cloud.microsoft/apps. If it defaults to Copilot Chat, then click on Apps from the left side bar.
2. Click on SharePoint from the menu.
4. Click on the SharePoint you want to download files and folders from.
5. Click on the Documents tab from the navigation menu.
6. When you hover over a file or folder in your SharePoint Documents, a circle will appear. Click into the circles of all files and folders you would like to download.
5. Click on Download from the navigation bar.
Your files and folders will now download onto your device. If you selected multiple or large files, your files will be downloaded as a .zip file. You may want to consider saving your download files onto a USB flash drive once they finish downloading.
