Logging into WebEx for Off campus calling

We use Cisco WebEx to handle off-campus access to the Phone system.  The preferred method to access webex is via teams, but you will need to log into WebEx for it to work.  If you don't already have WebEx installed on your computer, you can install it by following the directions here: https://support.sau19.org/help/en-us/54-using-your-pc-laptop/412-installing-apps-on-your-computer

Once WebEx is installed:

1. Launch Webex


2. Click Sign in.


3. Enter your Full email address (Firstname.Lastname@sau19.org) and then click Next
4. You May be prompter to log in using your Microsoft 365 Account.  Once completed you will be redirected back to webex.

5. You will next be presented with the 911 calling warning:  Review and then click "OK"


6. You will now have access to WebEx  Calls can me made from the Calling tab as shown below:
