This process requires Webex and MS Teams to be installed on the device. If you need Webex installed, please follow the directions here: https://support.sau19.org/help/en-us/54-using-your-pc-laptop/412-installing-apps-on-your-computer
1. Log into MS Teams (desktop application) using your network account.
2. In the side bar click on "Cisco Calling"
3. Click on "Use a different Account"
4. Enter your Full email address.
5. This will redirect you to your Micrososft 365 account. You may need to log back into Office 365
6. You will now be redirected back to Teams with Cisco Calling
7. You can now place phone calls. Please note that you will need to set your location for 911 services to function correctly
