Troubleshooting WiFi connectivity issues

When having issues connecting to the Wi-Fi please check the following items:

For Student / Staff:

  1. Verify that you are connecting to the correct Wi-Fi network.  You should be connecting to SAU-19, and not the SAU-19 Guest network

  2. Verify that your username and password are correct, and you account is not flagged to require a password change.  Student account password are valid for 750 days, staff account passwords are valid for 370 days.  You can test your username / password by trying to log in here: https://adfs.sau19.org/adfs/ls/IdpInitiatedSignOn.aspx
