Accessing Your Google Workplace for Education Account

Students in grades 3+ have access to Google Workplace for Education application (if the technology permission has been signed). Google can be accessed via the Microsoft 365 Apps or from the left side bar of a Schoology Course.


Google Workplace for Education includes access to these apps:

  • Google Drive
  • Google Docs
  • Google Sheets
  • Google Slides
Please Note: Gmail has been disabled


To access via Microsoft 365 Apps:

1. Log into Microsoft 365 via https://www.microsoft365.com/apps.

    Network username with @sau19.org and password

    Ex. username: gwashington@sau19.org

   

2. Scroll until you see the Get work done section and make sure you have the SAU19 Resources tab selected. Then click Google Workspace for Education.


You now have access to your Google Workspace for Education Apps. This will log you into Google Drive.


3. If you want to access a different Google application, click on the menu icon (array of 9 dots) in the top right-hand corner, next to your profile button.


4. Select the Google App you want to access.


To Access via Schoology:

2. Enter your normal computer username followed by @sau19.org.

3. Enter your normal password and click Sign in.

4. Once logged in, click into one of your Schoology Courses.


5. Click Google Workspace for Education from the left side bar.


6. You may get prompted to Launch App, if so, click Launch App.


Your Google Drive will launch in a new window.


7. If you want to access a different Google application, click on the menu icon (array of 9 dots) in the top right-hand corner, next to your profile button.


8. Select the Google App you want to access.
