When you need to use your Canva account to create materials or to complete Schoology assignments, you will need to start by logging into Canva first to ensure you connect to your Canva account. To log in, Schoology users should follow the Schoology log in method. If you are not a Schoology user, you can log in through the Microsoft 365 apps.
Log in Through a Schoology Course:
1. Log into Schoology and click into one of your Courses.
2. Click on Canva for Education from the left side bar.
3. Click Continue.
This will auto log you in.
If you get a message that asks how you want to log in, click Continue with Microsoft.
This should also auto log you in.
If it prompts you to log in, use your Microsoft 365 username (username with @sau19.org - DO NOT use your email that has firstname.lastname) and your normal password. Once logged in, you can design projects in Canva.
Log in Through the Microsoft 365 Apps:
1. Log into Microsoft 365.
2. Under the Get work done section, click the SAU19 Resources tab and click on Canva.
3. If you have logged in on that device already, it should automatically log you in. If not, you will get a prompt asking you how to log in. Click Continue with Microsoft or Continue with email.
It should auto log you in. If it prompts you to log in, use your Microsoft 365 username (username with @sau19.org - DO NOT use your email that has firstname.lastname) and your normal password.
4. You will get some prompts to answer before accessing the continue. Answer those prompts and then your account will be active and ready to use.
