Kaltura videos directly embedded into Schoology may have issues playing when the sound it not on mute. This is due to an issue with non-Chromium based browsers. A text overlay has been added to the video with instructions on how to correct this.
For videos to play when unmuted:
1. Click X to remove the text overlay about Audio on YouTube videos.
2. Pause the video.
3. Unmute the video.
4. DO NOT click the play button, instead click anywhere on the video itself to play with sound.
