Accessing External Educational Resources Requiring Microsoft or Google Authentication

SAU 19 staff and students who are enrolled in courses through another educational institution (such as SNHU, MCC, MST, or Concord Regional Technical Center) that require signing in with a Microsoft or Google account may be unable to access those resources in a standard browser window, as the browser will automatically use their SAU 19 account. Follow the steps below to access external educational resources using a Private or Incognito browser window:

1. Open an internet browser on your device (Microsoft Edge or Firefox).

2. Open a private browsing window.
Microsoft Edge: Click on the 3 dots in the right-hand corner, next to your Profile and select New InPrivate window.

Firefox: Click on the menu icon in the right-hand corner and select New Private Window.

3. Open the external educational institution's log in page.

4. Sign in using the Microsoft or Google account credentials provided by that institution.

Once you have successfully signed in, you will be able to access the institution's coursework and resources.
