To help maintain the performance and longevity of your Promethean Board, follow these cleaning guidelines:
1. Turn off the Promethean Board.
2. Disconnect any devices that are connected to the board, including hardwired laptops.
3. Spray glass cleaner on a soft microfiber or 100% cotton cloth.
Please Note: Do not spray the cleaner directly onto on the Promethean Board. Always spray the cleaning cloth first.
4. Gently wipe the screen clean, taking care not to apply excessive pressure.
