Creating a Microsoft Form

    Staff can create a Microsoft Form to collect and share important information. To create a Microsoft Form, please follow these instructions:

    1. Sign into your Microsoft 365 account: https://m365.cloud.microsoft/apps.

    2. Click on Forms under the Apps section. If you do not see Forms listed, click All apps to see the full list of apps and then click on Forms.
