How to Access Archived Courses

    Educators can access archived Courses in Schoology to see past used materials. Students cannot access archived Courses. To access your archived Course(s), please follow these directions:

    1. Click on 'Courses' in the top navigation menu.

    2. Click on 'My Courses' from the right-hand side.

    3. Click the 'Archived' tab.

    4. Click into the archived Course you want to access. (Be sure to click on the Section of the Course and not the school name or you will go into the school page instead of your Course).

    *Please Note: We DO NOT recommend that you copy assignments directly into your current Courses if you are a teacher that utilizes the Grade sync. This may cause things to error in sync or to sync prior to you being ready for them. Instead, copy the Course to your Personal Resources and then import it into your current Course from the Resources when you are ready to add it.
