Connecting a Guest device to the Wi-Fi

Public Wi-Fi is available in all of the school buildings.  In order to connect during school operating hours (Weekdays, 7AM - 4PM) you will need a member of the faculty or staff to sponsor your connection.  Connections outside of school hours 4PM - 7AM will not require a sponsor.  All sponsorships expire at Midnight.

Below is the process for connecting to the Guest Wi-Fi:

1. Click on the Wi-Fi icon on your device and locate the "SAU-19 Guest" wireless network

2. Click on the "Connect" button.
NOTE: STEPS 3-5 will only occur during school operating hours.
3. You will now be prompted to open a browser to complete the sign-in process.

4. On the page that loads, enter your Name, email, and the email address of the faculty / staff member who is your sponsor.  You will also need to review and accept the terms of use.

5. The sponsor will now be sent an email, They will need to approve the request in order for you to have access. You will be redirected to a confirmation page which will display your email and a password for future access.

 6. Once your sponsor approves your access, the page will automatically be re-directed to the SAU19 district website.  You will also receive an email from wifiguest@sau19.org with a copy of the username & password.


7. Should you need to reconnect to the Wi-Fi prior to the expiration date, you can use this username & password combination to log in using the "Sign In" link displayed on Step 3.
