Utilizing PDF Arranger to Rearrange and Edit PDF Pages

Staff can download the PDF Arranger App to reorganize and remove PDF Pages. Please note that this App will not allow you to edit the writing on any of the pages. To download and use PDF Arranger, please follow these steps:


Downloading PDF Arranger

1. Click on the Filewave icon (red waves) in the lower right-hand side of your taskbar. 

You may need to click on the 'overflow' arrow first, to find the Filewave icon.

2. Click on 'Applications' from the left side menu.


3. Scroll until you locate 'PDF Arranger' and click 'Install' to the right of it.

This will install the Application onto your device.


Locating the PDF Arranger App

1. Click on 'Start' (Windows icon).

2. In the search bar, type 'PDF Arranger'.

3. Once you see the App come up, click on it. This will open the application.

Once it is open, you can right-click on the icon in the taskbar and select 'Pin to taskbar' if you want it to remain on the taskbar for future use.


Utilizing PDF Arranger

1. To upload a file into PDF Arranger click either the 'Open' or 'Import' icons.

2. Choose the file you want to reorganize or delete pages from and then click 'Open'.

3. To rearrange Pages, simply click and drag them to the position you want them in.

4. To delete pages, right-click on the page you want to delete and then select 'Delete'. To add a new page, choose 'Insert Blank Page'. There are other options as well, such as: duplicating pages, merging pages, splitting pages, cropping white borders, etc.

5. Once you are done rearranging, deleting, or adding PDF pages, you will need to save the PDF. Click 'Save' or 'Save As'. If you choose 'Save As', be sure to title the PDF and choose the location to save it to.
