Downloading Microsoft Applications to Personal Devices
All students have licenses to download the Microsoft 365 Applications, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, OneNote, and Outlook onto 5 personal devices to be used for educational purposes. Please follow these instructions to download the Microsoft 365 Applications:
1. Go to https://portal.office.com.
2. Log into your account using your normal username followed by @sau19.org and click Next.
3. Enter your normal computer password and click Sign in.
4. Once in Microsoft 365, click on the Home icon on the left-hand side.
5. Click the drop-down menu for Install and more in the upper right-hand corner.
6. Click on Microsoft 365 apps.
This will bring you to your Accounts page.
7. Under Office apps & devices, click Install Office.
This will download the install file. Go to the downloaded file on your personal device. Double-click on that file and follow the prompts to install it.
8. Once installed, you will use your normal school Microsoft log in to log into these applications.
Once these applications are installed on your personal devices, you will see the devices listed under Office apps & devices, by clicking on View apps and devices.
If you already have it downloaded onto 5 devices, you will no longer be able to download it on other devices, unless you have removed it from one of the devices first.
