Using the Microsoft Office 365 Button to Access Online Sites
In order to make the process easier for you to access online sites and be logged in automatically, we have added Quick Link buttons into your Microsoft 365 accounts. To access these buttons, please follow these instructions:
1. Go to portal.office.com and log in using your normal username@sau19.org and your normal computer password.
2. Click on the 'waffle' icon in the top left-hand corner and then click on 'Explore all your Apps'.
3. Under the Microsoft products icons you will see a few tabs. Most staff will default to the 'Staff Only' tab. These buttons will connect and log you into the common sites used by staff. You will not utilize all of these buttons. Only click on the ones you need to access.
4. Students will default to the 'SAU19 Resources' tab. These buttons connect both staff and students to the online sites used by both staff and students.
5. Microsoft products can be accessed by using the buttons listed above the Quick Link buttons.
6. The next time you log into Microsoft 365, you can click on the 'Apps' button on the left side bar to get to this page.
Links to these sites can also be accessed through the school websites, but may require you to log in if you are not already logged into Microsoft 365.
