1. Locate the Photos app on your PC, by typing Photos into the search bar located in the Taskbar on the bottom of your computer screen and click on the Photos app icon.
2. Once the Photos app opens, click on OneDrive icon on the left side bar. Be sure to click on the work OneDrive icon and not the personal OneDrive icon. You may already be already logged in. If you are not, follow the prompts to automatically log in.
If you are prompted to log in, log in using your Microsoft account credentials (remember to use @sau19.org at the end of your username) and click Continue.
Your OneDrive is now connected to the Microsoft Photos app. Once you click on the OneDrive icon on the left side bar, you will see your OneDrive account and be able to access any screenshots or other photos saved on your PC or within your OneDrive.
