1. Open a Word document.
2. Click on the Review tab.
3. Click on Translate and select an option from the drop-down menu.

4. When the Translator menu opens, select a language to translate the document into. If this is a language you will be translating documents into often, you can check the box to Always translate to this language.
5. Click Translate.
Your translated document will now open in a new window. Be sure to save this document under a different name.
