How to Access Typing.com
Students in grades 3-6 have access to Typing.com for typing practice. This can be accessed from the left side bar in your Schoology Course(s). To access your account, please follow these instructions:
1. Log into your student Schoology account and click into a Schoology Course.
2. Click on Typing.com from the left side bar. This will bring you to a Clever log in page.
3. Click on the 'Log in with Active Directory'. This may automatically log you into Clever. If it does not, then enter your normal username and password to log in.
4. Once you are logged into Clever, scroll down until you see the Typing.com icon. If you want to have the icon appear at the top in your 'Favorite resources', click on the heart and it will stay at the top each time you log in.
5. Click on the 'Typing.com' icon and it will bring you into your Typing.com account. If you have multiple classes that have access to Typing.com, it will prompt you to pick a class that you are completing practice in from a drop-down menu. Click on a class and then click on 'Ok'.
You will now be in your Typing.com account for the class you selected.
6. When you are done using Typing.com, please log out by clicking on the drop-down arrow next to your name in the upper right-hand corner and click on 'Log out'.
