Immersive Reader is designed to make reading easier and more accessible for everyone. When opened, it displays on top of your existing web application or opened document in an iframe. With Immersive Reader, the user can adjust text size, text font, highlight parts of speech, use text-to-speech, use line focus, utilize a picture dictionary, translate the document, activate Microsoft Reading Coach and more.

Immersive Reader can translate text into many languages in real time, which helps to improve comprehension for readers learning a new language.



Split words into syllables

With Immersive Reader, you can break words into syllables to improve readability or to sound out new words.
