Being Asked for a Passkey When Logging In

If you get a pop-up window prompting you to set up or use a passkey, please follow the steps below:

1. Click Cancel.

2. Click Sign in another way.

3. Select Use my password.

4. Enter your Microsoft log in information and click Sign in.
