The new PCs may have application shortcuts located on your Desktop that you cannot manually remove. To remove these, please follow these instructions:
Clean Desktop:
1. Click on the (red) Kiosk icon 
in the lower right-hand corner of your device.
If you do not see the (red) Kiosk icon, click on the arrow 
in the lower right-hand side of your device to open a new menu and select the (red) Kiosk icon from that menu. However, if the (red) Kiosk icon isn't visible -- Please see you school Tech support person for assistance.
2. Click on utilities from the left side bar.
3. Locate 'Clean Desktop' and click 'Install' located to the right of it.
Once the installation is complete, the application shortcuts will no longer be visible on your desktop.
