1. Open ActivInspire. If you do not have ActivInspire on your PC, you will need to download it from the Company Portal. Follow these steps to download it from the Company Portal (search for Activinspire when following these steps): SAU19 Knowledge Base - Installing Software on Your PC (Applications, Printers, etc.).
2. Click on File.
3. Click on the Settings tab.
4. Click on Dual Mode ActivBoards from the left side bar.
5. Under Touch input handling, select Touch or Stylus from the drop-down menu.
6. Under Touch interoperability, select OS Compatible from the drop-down menu.
7. Click Done.
You should now be able to use ActivInspire and the Promethean Board with your new PC.
