To forward calls from the old Unity Connection system to our new phone system, please complete the following steps:
These steps are best performed using Mozilla FireFox.
1. Navigate to https://pbx.sau19.org/ucmuser/
2. You will be prompted with a "Not Secure warning"
3. Click on "Advanced...".
4. Click on "Accept the Risk and Continue"
5. Log in using your Network Username & Password.
6. Click on the "Phones Tab" and then Click on "Call Forwarding"
7. Make sure the checkbox next to your extension is selected and enter 71603660XXXX into the box where XXXX is replaced with your extension.
8. Then click Save
