Why Links are Displaying a Refused to Connect Error

When clicking on a link, you may sometimes receive a 'refused to connect' error. This is because this kind of link cannot open inside the Schoology window. Please follow the directions below to open your link.


Clicking the Expand Text Icon

1. Click on the Expand Text icon in the upper left-hand corner of this error screen. 
You will receive a 'Redirect Notice' but then the link will open in a new window.
