Please Note: Teachers will not be able to access students' Google or OneDrive accounts to find and attach files.
For directions on how to submit/resubmit an assignment for a student, please follow these directions:
1. Log into Schoology.
2. Click into a Course you want to submit an assignment for.
3. Click the drop-down arrow for Course Options and select View Course As.
4. Click on the student you want to submit an assignment for.
5. In the Materials tab, click on the desired assignment.
6. Follow the directions below to submit the assignment.
Elementary View
For regular Schoology Assignments:
1. After you are viewing as a student, click the Assignment tab and select a method for submitting the assignment.
2. The add the work you want to upload and then click I'm Done!.
The assignment has now been submitted on behalf of the student.
3. To exit the student view, click Exit.
For Annotations Assignments:
1. After you are viewing as a student, click on the Assignment title and then click Continue.
2. When the assignment with the student's completed work open, click I'm Done!.
The assignment has now been submitted on behalf of the student.
3. To exit the student view, click Exit.
Secondary View
For regular Schoology Assignments:
1. After you are viewing as a student, click the Assignment tab.
2. Then upload the files you want to submit for the student and click Submit to add files and submit on behalf of the student.
3. To resubmit the assignment, click Re-submit Assignment and then add a file to upload for the student and click Submit.
The assignment has now been submitted on behalf of the student.
4. To exit the student view, click Back to Course.
For Annotations Assignments:
1. After you are viewing as a student, click on the Assignment title and then click Edit Draft.
2. Once the assignment opens, click Submit.
The assignment has now been submitted on behalf of the student.
3. To exit the student view, click Back to Course.
