Customizing Events for Linked Course Sections

If you have linked Course sections, you can add events for both sections at the same time or even customize the events to be posted to specific section. To customize your events for specific sections, please follow these instructions:

1. When inside a linked Course, click on 'Add Event' from the right side, in the 'Upcoming' area.
2. Title your events and add any details to describe the event for your students and families.
3.Under 'Availability', click the drop-down menu to customize which section the event will post to. If you want all sections, leave as is. If you want only specific sections, check the box next to the sections it will post in.
  
4. Click the green circle for any section you do not want the event posted to, so it shows as a white 'unpublished' circle.
         
5. Click the word bubble icon to disable the event comments.
 

4. Click 'Create'.
