Canceling Scheduled Booking Times
Please follow these directions to manually cancel a booking:
Please Note: Once you have been added to a Booking site, you will receive an email stating that you have been added to the site. If you click the Bookings site from the email, it will add the site to your Bookings app. This will help you locate the site easily.
1. Log into your Office 365 account by going to https://m365.cloud.microsoft/apps and entering your username@sau19.org and your normal computer password (if prompted).
2. Click on the All apps button below the list of Microsoft apps.
4. On this menu, click on Bookings.
5. Once in the Bookings App, you will see any Calendars you have added. If the conference calendar is visible, you can click on it.
If it is not, you will need to "discover" the calendar by:
a. Click on the Discover calendars search bar.
b. Search for the name of the calendar or add a keyword to search and click on the enter button on your keyboard.
You can try searching by your school name, by grade ..., etc. Parent Teacher Conference Names are as follows: GLS Parent, Grade (#) Parent, MVMS Parent, and Title I Parent.
c. Once the calendar that you are looking appears, click on it and it will be added to your Bookings main calendars homepage.
If it is not discovered, you will need to go back to the email you received and click on the link to add it to your Bookings page.
6. Once inside the calendar, click on Services.
7. Click on the service you want to view and this will bring you to the bookings for that service.
8. To view the bookings, click the Calendar and Availability tab and you will see the times booked.
9. To cancel a booking, right-click on the booking and select Cancel.
Your booking will now be canceled.
