How to Export Scheduled Bookings Data

Bookings will allow you to export calendar bookings for all teachers on a bookings page. To do this, please follow these instructions:


1. Log into your Office 365 account by going to www.office.com.

2. Log in using your username@sau19.org and your normal computer password.

3. Click on the menu icon (array of 9 dots) in the upper left-hand corner. 

4. On this menu, click on 'Bookings' if it is visible. If it is not listed there, click on 'All apps' and then scroll until you see it, or search for it in the search bar, then click on it. 

             

5. Once in the Bookings App, you will see any Calendars you have added. If the conference calendar is visible, you can click on it. 

If it is not, you will need to "discover" the calendar by:
a. Click on the 'Discover calendars' search bar.

b. Search for the name of the calendar or add a keyword to search and click on the enter button on your keyboard. Parent Teacher Conference Names are as follows: Glen Lake Parent Teacher Conferences, MVMS Parent Teacher Conferences, Grade (#) Parent Teacher Conferences (for both Bartlett and Maple Avenue), and Interventionists/Title I Parent Teacher Conferences.

c. Once the calendar that you are looking appears, click on it and it will be added to your Bookings main calendars homepage .

6. Once inside the calendar, click on 'Calendar'.
7. Click on 'Export' in the top navigation bar.
8. Choose the date(s) you wish to export and click 'Export'.
You will now receive a download for the bookings in TSV format. To open this in Excel, please follow these instructions:

How to Open a TSV file in Microsoft Excel

1. Open the Excel app on your device.
2. Click 'Open'.
3. In the file type menu, click the arrow and change it from 'All Excel Files' to 'All Files'.
4. Search for the file you just exported and click on it.
5. On the pop-up window, click 'Next'.
6. Click 'Finish'.
The data will now open in Excel. You can delete unnecessary information and organize the data from there.
