Educators can link specific IXL skills directly into their Schoology Courses for students to access easily. To assign the diagnostic or skills directly into your Schoology Course, please follow these directions:
1. Log into Schoology and then click into the Schoology Course you want to assign skills for.
2. Click on Add Material and select IXL Learning.
3. Browse or search for the Diagnostic or skill you would like to assign. Skills can be selected by subject, grade level, pinned Skill Plans, or via the search option.
4. Once you have located a skill to assign, click the Link Skill button.
The linked skill will now appear on your main page under the course materials and can be accessed by students through Schoology. Please move this skill into Coursework/Resources folder so it does not remain on the main page.
Please Note: It would be a good idea to link the IXL Diagnostic so that students can access it quicker.
