The first thing to try is accessing Savvas from Schoology using a different browser. If not, you will need to enable some cookie settings and/or pop-up website settings. To do this, please follow the directions for the browser you are using. You can also try clicking on the 'Savvas Realize' button to open the Savvas Realize website in a new window. All the security and privacy settings will need to be adjusted to make this work.

like they're successfully downloading the eText on their iPad device, but when
they go to access it for offline use in Safari, the app/browser asks for an
internet connection to access the content. The user may need to adjust their
app/browser settings, and turn the Automatically Save Offline toggle on. You may also need to turn off the Pop-Up blockers for Savvas and clear your history and cookies.

1. Go into your iPad settings and click on 'Safari'.
2. Scroll until you see 'Block Pop-ups' and toggle that to OFF. Turn this setting back ON once you are done using Savvas.
