Ultilizing Diffit for Teachers

Teachers now have access to use the free version of Diffit to create classroom resources. This is a teacher-only tool. No Students should be attempting to access this resource. No account is necessary to use this resource, but if you choose to create an account, you will need to follow the steps below.
*Please Note: If you create an account, it will activate a free, limited trial to premium features. Once this trial has ended, your account will revert to the free version. The district will not provide funding for subscriptions.

To Create an Account:

2. Click Create Free Account in the upper right-hand corner.

3. Click the drop-down menu for More sign-in options.

4. Click Sign in with Microsoft. It may prompt you to select your Microsoft account. Once you select the correct account, it will automatically log you in.

5. Enter the town and school district and then click Continue.

6. Confirm your school district and then click Continue.

7. Select the grade level(s) you teach and then click Continue.

8. Select the grade level(s) you teach and then click Go to Diffit!

9. You may be prompted to click Go to Diffit again. If so, click this button.

10. You will now be ready to generate content in Diffit.

To Utilize Diffit:
1. Click on a resource to generate from the menu.
2. Enter the information into the text fields and click Generate Resources.

Your generated content will appear in the next screen.

3. Use the tools in the menu to customize, edit, or copy any of the content.

4. If you would like to turn the generated content into a worksheet utilizing a pre-made template, click Get Student Activities.

5. Click one of the pre-made templates. 


6. Once the resource is generated, click Export Activity.

Once you select a resource, you will see a message that says, "Generating Activity".

7. Once the pop-up window appears, select Download PDF. This is the only option supported by the free version.

Your resource is now ready to use!

Accessing Prior Resources
If you created an account, you will be able to access resources created in the past. To access these resources, please follow these instructions:
1. Click on My Resources from the top navigation menu.
2. Click on the past resource you want to access. 

Once the resource opens, you will be able to edit any information, select new templates, and export it.
