How to Access Code.org (Students)

    If a teacher is utilizing Code.org as part of your curriculum, you can access it directly from Schoology. To access Code.org, please follow these directions:

    Accessing Code.org from the Left Side Bar of a Schoology Course
    1. Log into Schoology.

    2. Click into the Course you need to access Code.org for.

    3. Click on the 'Code.org' icon on the left side bar (if you do not see Code.org, then you are not enrolled in a school or Course that will be utilizing it).
    4. Click 'Continue to Code.org'.
    It will then inform you that it has been launched in a new tab.

    5. If it is your first time launching Code.org from Schoology, you will be prompted to connect to your account, click 'I am new to Code.org'.

    6. Enter your age and state and then click Submit.

    The Code.org website will now launch in a new window.

    Any Course you are connected to will be listed under Classroom Sections.

    7. Any Courses/projects that were assigned to you to complete in Code.org will be listed on your main dashboard page. To locate courses/projects on your own, click Find a Course (be sure to finish assigned projects first).
