Utilizing Microsoft Sway

Microsoft Sway is a web-based tool for creating interactive presentations, reports, and newsletters. It combines text, images, and media into a responsive, scrollable format that looks great on any device. With its simple interface and design suggestions, Sway makes it easy to produce professional content without advanced design skills. Staff and students have access to Microsoft Sway within their Microsoft 365 Apps. To access Sway, please follow these steps:


2. Log into your account using your normal username followed by @sau19.org and click Next.


3. Enter your normal computer password and click Sign in.

4. Once in Microsoft 365 you can access the Microsoft 365 products, and any work created will save in your personal OneDrive account. Under the Apps section, click All apps.



5. Click on Sway.


You can now create interactive reports and presentations.
